  • Pet waste patrol and pickup across the site’s agreed service areas.
  • Patrol for discarded pet waste bags.
  • Waste bag restocking at pet waste stations.
  • Trash removal from pet waste stations.
  • Minor cleanup around stations.
  • Visual inspection reporting.

Deodorizing

A fresher place to play. We apply deodorizing treatment with a backpack sprayer to address lingering pet odors in dog parks and shared pet areas.

  • Targeted application after solid waste is removed.
  • Treatment suited to the surface and product directions.

Tell us where odors linger. We’ll include those areas in your service scope and coordinate access with your team.

Sanitizing & disinfecting

  • Hose-applied treatment after solid waste is removed.
  • Sanitizing and disinfecting according to the product’s labeled surface and contact-time directions.

Tell us about surface types, treatment areas and water access. We’ll coordinate treatment and reopening with your team.

First-time & emergency cleanup

Request cleanup for an initial service need or an urgent pet waste issue. Describe the affected area and situation; timing must be confirmed.

Pathway salting

Winter brings a different kind of pathway care. Ask about pet-safe salting for leasing paths, dog park paths and the walkways around pet waste stations.

Pet wash
station cleaning

Illustration of a man cleaning the recessed basin of an indoor community pet wash station.

Muddy paws have to wash up somewhere. Keep your shared indoor pet wash station on the care list, from its basin to its drain.

  • Enzyme treatments and deep cleaning.
  • Drain checks.
  • Restocking.

Include the number and location of your pet wash stations when requesting service.

Pet waste
station installation

For sites adding or expanding pet waste stations, discuss installation and mounting needs.

  • Standard and concrete-mount installation options.
  • Installations involving multiple stations.
  • Blue Stakes utility-location coordination.
  • Flag staking of designated station areas.

Station placement, mounting and site conditions are part of establishing the work.

Care between visits

Care between visits

Clean gear.
Every stop.

What we bring to your property matters. We clean and disinfect our equipment between service visits to help reduce the risk of carrying viruses, bacteria and other germs from one community to the next.

Illustration of a worker hand-spraying precleaned pickup tools over a wash tray, with prepared equipment stored on a separate rack.
  1. Clean comes first.

Remove waste, soil and debris, then wash and rinse reusable tools and collection equipment before disinfecting.

  2. Give disinfectant time to work.

Use immersion or hand application as directed for the product and equipment. Treat handles as well as working surfaces, keeping them wet for the full labeled contact time.

  3. Ready for the next stop.

Rinse when directed, allow equipment to dry and keep prepared gear separate from used tools. Clean handling, glove changes and footwear care help complete the routine.
