Information we handle

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, organization, email, optional phone number, property type, property locations and the service details you enter. We use this information to respond, discuss your property’s needs and manage related correspondence.

The website sends your inquiry to our team by email and a separate confirmation to the email address you provide. It does not create a customer account or store your submitted inquiry in a website database. Please do not include resident names, gate codes or sensitive personal information.

Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect the site. The inquiry endpoint also keeps temporary email-address counters to limit repeated submissions; these reset after a 15-minute window or a server restart.

Who receives it

Inquiry information is delivered to the team handling Pet Waste Pals requests through our hosting and email service providers. These providers process the information needed to host the site and deliver correspondence.

Our display typeface is delivered by Adobe Fonts. Your browser contacts Adobe to request the font, providing technical information such as your IP address and the website requesting it. Adobe explains its practices in its Adobe Fonts privacy notice. Our Geograph font and illustrations are served with this website.

This website has no advertising pixels or analytics integrations and does not send inquiry details to advertising networks. Links to other brands and outside websites take you to services with their own privacy notices.

Cookies & browser storage

This site uses browser storage rather than advertising or analytics cookies. You can choose whether we remember selected services between pages. No optional selections are saved before you allow them.

Cursor & effects preferences · necessary

If you change these accessibility settings, local storage remembers your paw-cursor, visual click-effect and sound choices in this browser until you change them or clear browser storage. These settings contain no contact details and are not used for tracking. You can change them through Cursor & effects in the menu or footer. Sound is off until you turn it on.

Park experience preferences · necessary

If you use the park controls, local storage remembers your nature-sound, volume and wildlife choices. Session storage keeps the current recording and playback position for this tab so audio can resume between pages. Recordings are served from this website, not streamed from a third-party player. Park sounds try to start when a page loads, subject to browser playback permissions and your saved mute choice. If autoplay is blocked, they start with your first normal page interaction; form and settings interactions are excluded. Woof sounds remain off until you enable them.

Privacy choice · necessary

Local storage remembers whether you allowed saved service selections, the notice version and an expiry time. The choice lasts up to 180 days, unless you clear your browser storage or change it sooner.

Page scroll position · necessary

Session storage remembers scroll positions for this tab so the browser’s Back and Forward buttons can return you to the same place. It contains no contact details and is not used for tracking.

Saved service selections · optional

With your permission, session storage keeps only the service identifiers you selected in your field notes for this browser tab’s visit. It does not contain your name, contact information or free-text inquiry. It lasts for the tab’s page session, including browser session restores.

Choose “Necessary only” to turn off this optional storage and remove saved selections from this tab. You can still select services on the current page and carry them to the inquiry using its links. Those links may include the selected services, county or property type in their address; avoid sharing a link if you do not want to share those selections.

Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to change your choice. Clearing browser storage also resets it. If your browser blocks storage, choices apply to the current page and you may be asked again on your next visit.

Retention & security

Inquiry emails and related correspondence are business records separate from browser storage. Their retention depends on the inquiry, any resulting service relationship and applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact us to ask about the information associated with your inquiry or request deletion.

The form validates submissions and uses encrypted email transport. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Removing browser storage does not delete an inquiry you have already sent.

Your choices & contact

You can choose not to submit an inquiry, omit your optional phone number, or disable saved selections. Depending on the laws that apply to your situation, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of or request deletion of personal information.

For a privacy question or request, email mailer@wsitrashvalet.com with “Pet Waste Pals privacy request” in the subject. Explain your request and identify the email address used for your inquiry. We may need to verify your identity before providing or deleting information.

This site is intended for adults arranging care for shared properties, not for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us using the address above.

Updates to this notice will appear here with a revised date. A material change to optional browser storage will require a new choice.
